Beans Diesel Performance D66 is the ORIGINAL true DIRECT bolt-on high performance turbo for the 94-97 OBS Power Stroke.  This is a high performance stock replacement turbo. This upgrade will improve the air flow from the stock 750CFM to over 1050CFM! That is a 30% air flow increase over stock which translates directly into lower smoke levels, lower exhaust gas temps, (as much as 300 degrees) and more horse power. The D66 can be used on stock HP levels all the way up to over 500hp!  And now that we include our new Milled Billet Compressor Wheels the D66 is even better with more TQ, more HP and a flatter HP Curve!

Don't be fooled by cheap imitations.  This is the original D66 and of course the best!

***We recommend purchasing the non EBPV pedestal  (292884) to go along with this turbo to prevent future oil leaks. The D66 will NOT come with an EBP valve. The factory EBP valve will need to be gutted and reused.

D66’s carry a (1 year Limited Warranty) nontransferable. This Warranty shall not apply to any turbo that has been improperly stored or installed. This Warranty shall not apply to misapplication, improper operating conditions, accidents, or neglect. This Warranty shall not apply to a turbo that has been improperly repaired, maintained and/or altered by the owner or his technician. Damage due to plugged oil return lines, thrust bushing/bearing damage due to excessive turbo speed, and/or insufficient/improper oil supply is not covered under this warranty. This warranty does not cover a failure resulting from foreign objects (debris). However, in the event of a failure, Beans Diesel Performance will inspect the turbo for damage and charge the consumer only for hard parts replaced.
